The 94th Academy Awards took place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles today, presenting Oscars to the best films released between March 1 and December 31, 2021. The event saw several memorable moments including an incident in which Will Smith slapped the host Chris Rock on-stage after the latter made a joke about the illness of the former’s wife.

The first film, released in October 2021, stars Timothee Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgard, Dave Bautista, Zendaya, Jason Momoa and Javier Bardem, among others.
